This area has existing deep-water access and a large island included on the over 125 acres that comprise the Rag Island Site.
The site is envisioned to include about 25 resort-residential estates in addition to another 25 resort-condominiums.
Some of the acreage will be set aside for a public-private marina. The marina will be located near the present KOA facility, and will serve both residents of the Island and visitors
