The Islands at masters landind is a 64-acre site that includes several islands in Pine Island Creek. Low-density resort-residential preserves are proposed for most of the uplands and island portions of the site in order to protect the unique resources and beauty of this area.
A boat access area could be built in this site, while still preserving the quality wetlands that exist in and around Pine Island Creek.
This site includes the powerline from the mainland and the old ferry landing on the island. A park in this vicinity could provide public access to the water and its amenities.
