Sleepy Port Charlotte ?

CHARLOTTE COUNTY IS NOW THE THIRD FASTEST GROWING AREA IN THE USA

If you receive nowadays a letter from a realtor it's because your property is located off of Eisenhower, Eleanor, Chamberlain, Cornelius, Campbell, Campbell or Jacobs. All of this property borders parts of the Myakka River and most of its surrounding waterways. These properties and the properties around it are selling for three times what they were one year ago!

Charlotte County is now in the process and development of the new Murdock Village Complex which is expected to bring millions of dollars worth of revenue to the Charlotte County area. They haven't broken ground yet but the project is in the works. This Designer complex will offer Office and possible Medical Centers, Department Stores and Designer Boutiques; High-End shopping not currently available to this area, Salons, Spas, Upscale Restaurants, Galleries, Entertainment, Bistros and Cafés, and the list goes on! So you can imagine the financial impact the development will have on the area.

Properties on the River and property running up and down all the side streets offering a view of the canals and waterways are now commanding prices consistent with more exclusive Upscale East Coast property.

The area is now home to several upscale communities which are still under construction. Myakka River Ranches, Riverbend, River Landing, and Harbor Landings are but a few of the new developments now under way. It was only a matter of time before these neatly hidden alcoves were discovered by families and investors looking for exclusivity and privacy. Close to the Myakka River and Charlotte Harbor, the area has become an incredibly desirable location.

So there you have it folks! Charlotte County isn't a sleepy little town any more! If you are interested in obtaining a piece of this desirable land, write me (contact@domocare.nl).
